Ten.Two Thousand, Four Hundred & Eighty-Six

  1. Trying to find the moon.

  2. The petals are still on the peonies.

  3. A hummingbird greets me at the window. I smile back.

  4. I am always eating in meetings. But if they would just not schedule meetings during lunch, I wouldn’t have to snack on Popcorners while talking about rules of engagement.

  5. Its visit is generally seen as a positive sign, bringing the potential for recovery, often both physical and mental.

  6. I make my way toward the sidewalk and feel the heat. I feel exposed walking on Main Street. Like everyone can see me. What an odd feeling.

  7. When the wheels fall off, they roll down the hill really fast.

  8. It is oddly clean.

  9. Starting at the sunset in the side mirror.

  10. How is it only Wednesday?
